Payment is processed 3 days prior to arrival which then generates your key codes before dispatching these to you (in both SMS & Email). Self-check-in SMS and Emails are sent to guests the day prior to arrival.
Group Booking and long-term stay payments can be processed up to 7 days prior to arrival or as pre-arranged.
Guest may cancel up to 3 days prior to arrival. Bookings that are cancelled within the 2 days prior to arrival will be forfeited. Please ensure you cancel earlier than the 3 days, and as soon as possible if required.
